RECRUITMENT PROCESS
CORE VALUE
First interview to meet with the recruiter and a member of your future team. The discussion will focus on your background and past experiences, as well as your vision for you career. We'll of course provide you with context about Moments Lab and the role you're applying for as well!
DURATION - 1 hour
HOW - Visio Google Meet
USE CASE / TECHNICAL TEST
Second interview to dig into your hard skills. We don't ask for any homework, everything is live and done with 2 people from Moments Lab. You will be meeting one person from your future team and someone from another team.
DURATION - 20min test & 40min conversation
HOW - Google Meet
FOUNDER'S INTERVIEW
Last interview, where you'll be meeting a co-founder and someone else from Moments Lab. This interview can sometimes be technical, depending on the position you're applying for, but it's usually about the general vision for you, the team and the company.
DURATION - 1 hour
HOW - Google Meet or in The π«π· Lab
RESULT
We will get back to you as soon as possible after the last interview, once we debriefed and reached a decision. We usually don't take more than a week, but it might take a little longer sometimes.

Even before COVID, Moments Lab was fully remote for the most part. It's part of our DNA and we want to keep offering that way of work to everyone.
β οΈ REMINDER : If you go work outside of your country of residency, don't forget to subscribe to a personal health insurance that will cover you should anything happen.
How does it work?
β WORK FROM ANYWHERE (ABROAD) : Subject to compliance with your local/international laws and team spirit. You can talk about it with your manager!
β FLEXIBLE HOURS : You are the master of your schedule, just make sure your manager and your team are aware and can plan accordingly.
β REMOTE WORK SETUP : If you're more than an hour away from the office, you get up to 600β¬ to equip yourself with good material to work, like a chair, a desk, screens, headset ...
β COWORKING : If you leave more than an hour away from the office and want to meet people, you can book up to 20 days of coworking per year. If you want more, you can talk it out with your manager -
You will find below our additional and free paid days off. These days are for everyone in our company unless your local laws provide you with more. In this case, Moments Lab will comply with the local laws.
β MENSTRUAL LEAVE : 8 days per year, usable up to 2 days in a row. No justification/proof needed and the reason will never appear anywhere.
β CHILD BEREAVEMENT : 10 days per occurrence. It covers all events affecting ANY parent who suffers from the loss of a child (death, miscarriage, abortion ...). A certificate is needed for this situation.
β SICK CHILD DAYS : 5 days per employee and per year, regardless of the number of children. Applies to children up to 12 years old, no limitation of days in a row. No justification/proof needed.
β MOVING OUT : 1 day, once every 2 years. Proof of the new address to be provided. -
We use Wenabi to dedicate time to associations and charities dear to our heart. It's a way to give back to the community and it's something very aligned with our values at Moments Lab. It can also be used for team building, the more the merrier!

π«π· contract : you get 50β¬ on your May jackpot for your birthday, for you to do whatever you want with it!
π contract : your can invoice your birthday meal for up to 50β¬ to the company, you will get reimbursed. Anytime during your birthday week, no matter how many people are on the bill. -

At Moments Lab, we are not obligated to give out "Lunch Voucher" but we still want to make sure our people are treated right.
To do so, we use May, a modern approach to the concept.
For every worked day, our π«π· employees get 10β¬ on their May "jackpot" (50% paid by the company, 50% paid by the employee). Sick days and days off do not count, it's only earned during working days.
So every month, you can get up to 194,17β¬ that can be used to pay for movie tickets, Netflix subscription, grocery trip, energy bills ... -
As English is the work language in our company, we provide a Babel subscription for the people who wish to improve and work on their English level.
